The operation is focused on raising pasture raised and grain finished Domestic Wagyu beef, a cross between conventional beef breeds such as Angus or Beefmaster and highly coveted Japanese Red and Black Wagyu genetics, resulting in beautifully marbled beef with exceptional tenderness and umami flavor.
