North Shore Wagyu is a small, family-owned producer of farm to table frozen beef products based in Bush, LA. Owned by the Wilcox Family, NSW strives to produce the highest quality hormone and antibiotic free beef products for its customers. The operation is focused on raising pasture raised and grain finished Domestic Wagyu beef, a cross between conventional beef breeds such as Angus or Beefmaster and highly coveted Japanese Red and Black Wagyu genetics, resulting in beautifully marbled beef with exceptional tenderness and umami flavor.
